I love the blog hop! Hope you are enjoying it! Thanks for stopping by from the oh so talented Erica's blog!
This card was a little more time consuming than I had originally planned for it to be, but am thrilled with the final results.
The card base is Soft Suede with Riding Hood Red and Very Vanilla. I stamped the background in Crumb Cake and then did a ton of sponging in Crumb Cake and Soft Suede. The background flowers are stamped in the same colour combination and then cut out. Before I attached them to the card I curled the petals under a little bit. The leaves were stamped in Artichoke, cut out and sponged. The flower in the forefront was stamped in Calypso Coral and Riding Hood Red, sponged and then cute out.
The ribbon is the Crumb Cake Taffeta. The other embellishments are stitching, Tiny Tags, Jewelry Punch and Antique Brads. I hope you like todays card!!! Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your day! Take care,
Heather

BeaUTiful!!! And I always LOVE it when people actually "sew" instead of doing the "faux" thing ... such great dimension! :)

Heather this is beautiful and just the card I needed to create a 45th anniversary card. I pretty much CASE'd it exactly - except the stitching. I did some paper piercing instead. I even did the "fussy" cutting (which I usually avoid!) Thanks so much for sharing.
