Thanks for stopping by from Erica's blog!
they sure are hard to come up with sometimes! I don't know why though....is it that we are trying to "impress" our men more than women, is it a lack of samples, lack of resources or just plain old hard?!?!? Whatever it is, I had fun making this card!
I used the stamp set Open Sea and the Well Worn DSP. To create the background I punched out a whack of circles from the paper, layered them and adhered them to a layer of cardstock.
I used the circle scissors plus to create the circle border on the compass. The brads are from the spinner hands. The colours on this card are Early Espresso, Not Quite Navy, and Crumb Cake.
I hope you like today's card! Enjoy your day, not sure what we have up for today, but I'm sure whatever it is it will be fun:)
Take care,
Heather

Men don't go for cutesy ... They don't go for flowery ... They don't go for glitter ... They don't go for bows ... So that does cut out the most appealing stamps & accessories. It is no wonder that we struggle. You have done a super job with this one, Heather! Love all those circles! Hugs xxx

WOW I really love this card! I will have to try to make this one as it's always hard to find guy cards.

Love your "man" card. I think the reason why we don't make so many man cards is because we are not men. We know they would probably not "like" a flowery card, but really, what would they like? Crafty things usually are the "female unit's" hobby, so I know I just get stuck thinking about what my man would like.

I just had to say that I LOVE this card!!! You`re totally right about there being fewer masculine card ideas out there and (my opinion) not as many stamp sets available. However, this one is fantastic, thanks for sharing!
