Well, we arrived! Nathan had a blast wheeling around in the airport on his carry on luggage (picture will follow), checking out the lights and LOVING the automatic toilet seat covers in the Chicago airport. Seriously, why do we even remotely worry about things like toys or games....they find enjoyment with the smallest things! Our hotel is beautiful, it's fantastic to see so many familiar faces and friends and of course Stampin' Up! has outdone themselves. I will update with photos when I can, but I wanted to make sure you got a little stamped project today!
OK, ready for this.....
- cut three pieces of dsp 1 3/4 x 4
- punch a butterfly out of the end of the DSP strip
- attach the DSP strip to the card front
- attach the butterfly with a glue dot in the middle of the butterfly
- fold up wings
- attache bling
- tie ribbon
- DONE!
There you go...your card could be done before you're even done reading this post!!! This can be done with so many different punches! Can't wait to see if you come up with other ideas! Have a wonderful Monday! We will....I hope!!! I'll keep you posted!
Take care,
Heather
Beautiful, simple, creative! TFS

Thank you Heather. I made this one with the butterflies but also with Big Top and Tempting Turquoise stars. My 97 year old friend loved the butterflies so I made one for her 98th, coming up!

I always enjoy your blog, naturally. But, this week I'm jumping on first thing - just to read your excitement! Looking forward to your pic, does Nathan have a "trunky"? Can't wait to hear ALL about the week. Fabulous little card; perfect for kids' classes too.
