I have had a wonderful "year" these past 12 months. It's funny that I find myself living in the Stampin' Up! year. This is when I set goals, evaluate them and reflect on my year gone by. I have learned a few things about myself this past year.
- I love to live under pressure. Being too far ahead of the game isn't always my style. I'm okay with last minute and find that I'm sometimes more creative this way:)
- Four kids is way more work than three! I know, that sounds so silly, but in a lot of ways, Cole has been my "most" work baby. He's adorable but has given us a few challenges. He has helped me though prioritize and realize my limits.
- One of my biggest downfalls is getting to the post office. I'm not sure I'm meant to ship things. I do my best, but at times it takes me a while to actually get to the post office. And then when I do ship things, often there are mishaps:) SO from this I am learning to alter some of my SU plans and this leads into my July Customer Appreciation!
I would love to send each of you a card, and I do my best to get some out in the mail, but always find myself being late in this department. I would love to thank each and everyone of you for stopping by and I hope by posting recipes and occasional videos this makes you feel appreciated.
For my loyal Canadian Stampin' Up! customers, I'd like to thank you for supporting my Stampin' Up! business! I wish I were better at making sure I send each of you cards with each order, but again I realize this isn't my forte:) I'll do my best to still send out cards, but something I know I can do at my favourite time of day (the wee hours of the morning) is create an online class for YOU! So if you place an online order, order through me, attend a class, order a kit to go class of supplies, host a workshop, attend a workshop or are in a monthly club I will be excited to invite you to my exclusive online class!!! So on August 1st I'll send you an invitation to attend my online class. I will have 5 exclusive projects/cards/3D items....some sort of stamped creation:) for five days which will include videos and PDFs you can print off! I'll give this a try for July and see how you like it! Today's post is a little sneak peek of what I did in my customer appreciation class for all my wonderful customers over this past year:)
Please let me know if you have any questions. I appreciate your stopping by and look forward to seeing so many of you soon....here in classes, at Convention or just in life:) Thanks so much!!!
Take care,
Heather
Hi Heather, you made me tear up while I was reading your Post. You are such a sweet, loyal, wonderful, giving person. I have taken two online classes from you, unfortunately the second one I was not able to really start or finish due to illness. You are the best teacher, so precise and easy to learn from. I really do wish that I were Canadian, I would be on your Team in a second! I cannot go to Conference due to illness, and will dearly miss you presenting. I feel very sad about that. I have tried to keep up with your Blob, though have not had the strength to comment. I will try harder to do so every now and then, but it is hard for me. I have been loving all that you have been doing and showing. I know life must be a constant challenge with 4 kiddo's, but you make it look effortless. You are the bestest Mom in the whole world, you always put your children first, and Family. I admire that so very much in you. I am going to try to send you a private email, if I can find the time and energy to do so. Still in love with your Blog. Keep up the fantastic job that you have in the past. I'll be watching from behind the scenes, but I'll be here. Thanks for being the wonderful you that you are and bringing Sunshine into my days.
Cyber hugs, Trish in Wisconsin
