I warned you yesterday! I'm LOVING this die!!!! How fun is this?!?!? I did a quick video to go with today's card so you can see just how easy this die is to assemble. You can keep it quite simple or go all out, either way it is super cute!!!!
Today's project is BRIGHT! It's done in Tempting Turquoise, Pink Passion and Gable Green. I thought it may bring on Spring (and get rid of the SNOW we have here:)
To assemble this cake, I decorated the front pieces first with the scallops and then stars on the acetate sheets. THEN I wrapped it around the cake. I think decorating after would be a lot harder.
The other thing I learned is I like to build my whole creation and then fold it. Don't know if it makes a difference but it seemed easier this way.
Hope you like the creation!
Heather, I am so glad that my friend Holle sent me the link to your blog. I love what you've created with the cake die. I think the biggest thrill of designing these dies is the chance to see what people create with them. You're amazing! More, please!

Fabulous!!!! Thanks for walking through the process of building the cake. It looked quite intimidating until I watched your video.
