well, it's obvious to me that it's in the genes!!! What a wonderful card!! (I did get a nice one from my mom for our anniversary last year, but it was one I'd made!!!LOL)
Anyway, what a wonderful card!!

Mom (Bette-Jane)

Thank you, ladies, for the kind words. I really enjoyed making this card because I wanted to try dry embossing -- it's a neat technique. In response to Sherry's comment, I used the Lavender Lace marker to colour the flower, and the Lovely Lilac marker for the shading. The leaves are Mellow Moss. At that time, I didn't know how to watercolour.

This card is beautiful. If your Mom is a beginner then she is a natural at it because it looks so professionally done.

I saw this card at Heather's and "Mom" (I don't know your Mom's name Heather) this card is so beautiful; breath taking actually. It looks like it should be framed it is so beautiful.

I have such a passion for flowers and romance!
That card is absolutely gorgeous!!!! How did she do the colouring? This is definitely my kind of card.

This card is absolutely beautiful!! Your Mom has a real eye for papercrafting, too. I have to copy this one!! Thanks so much for sharing.
