If you follow my blog somewhat regularly (I truly appreciate it, thanks!) you know I don't share too much about myself. I do find this hard in type but I'm an open book in person. While at Convention I had a few people say they wish they knew a bit more about me so I will try and include a bit more in my posts but should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Along these same lines I thought I would get a bit mushy on you today!
Today was the last day of Convention. Convention was an experience that I will cherish and hold for so many years to come! The enthusiasm and energy (and of course free stamps and prizes!) were nothing like I have ever experienced before (not even at a Great Big Sea concert!). BUT the highlight of my trip was not the free product, the amazing samples, the super cool presentations or even the main stage events, it was bonding with fellow demonstrators! There were a large group of local demonstrators that attended Convention (Alicia, Lisa, Sarah, Anne, Cindy, Pat, Pat, Patty, Jenn, Corinne, Maureen, Tara, Cindy and others from Maureen's downline I know I am forgetting!). We had a great time attending classes together, cheering during main stage and sharing in all the wonderful activities. One of my highlights was getting to know Anne and Cindy on another level through our three days together! This was just fabulous! I also got to meet so many of YOU that read my blog or correspond with me! I appreciate your stopping me and chatting with me, this meant so much to me!!! I got to spend a great deal of time with my dear friend and UStamp partner Dawn Rapsas (who achieved so many great awards for all her hardwork!) I was so happy to seeTerri, Lisa, Kimberly, Stephanie, Kelly, Beth and so many more of you!!!! Thank you for making my Convention that much better!!!
So my offer to you today comes from advice given to me by my friend and Kimberly. We were chatting today and I congratulated her on her recruiting and she said something to me today that made so much sense. Kimberly said to me, "It would be so selfish of me to NOT share the Stampin' Up! opportunity with those around me." I truly took this to heart! I cannot imagine my life without Stampin' Up!
I can't stress enough that I did not start with Stampin' Up! to make money or create a business, I did it to get a discount and maybe some free stuff! This worked for me when I started my Stampin' Up! career and in 4 1/2 years I have developed my passion for paper crafting into a business that allows me to stay at home with my children.
So, in my post today(and always) I am extending this invitation to you! If you have ever thought about getting some free product, or product at a discount, or making some extra income or wondered what Stampin' Up! has to offer this opportunity could be for you! Worst case scenario you get lots of great stamping stuff at a WAY discounted price in the starter kit! Best case scenario you establish relationships and friendships that will last a life time(oh, and maybe some free stamps!) With the release of the new catalogue on August 11th, there is a new starter kit that you can totally customize yourself PLUS Stampin' Up! is offering a FREE stamp set of your choice, which I will match!!!
If you live in the London area, I invite you attend my upline's quarterly meeting on August 11th(at this meeting you could even win a free starter kit!) with me to check out what Stampin' Up! has to offer or my downline meeting on August 13th. If you are a Canadian and think that this may be an opportunity you would enjoy I encourage you to email me privately at adamsum@yahoo.com as I would love to chat with you to see if you think Stampin' Up! would be right for you or check out my Stampin Up! webpage at www.heathersummers.stampinup.net
Thanks for taking the time to read my post today and for taking the time out of your busy life to learn a little bit more about myself and Stampin' Up! Take care.
I just love your blog and you are so creative! Great job and keep up the awesome work you do! Thank you for a chance at some blog candy....my fav. colour combo would be
