I think I can get used to this life! LOVE summer holidays! Sleeping in, lounging in jammies, maybe doing a little work and enjoying the family - what fun! Today's post will be a quick one though as we're off on a little adventure today (which means no jammies....but does mean a nice cup of coffee in the van with everyone strapped in staring out the windows!)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pokey doodle (paper piercer) and all the corresponding mats. They are amazing! One fun thing you can do with these templates is use them as a sewing guide. For the heart, I simply pierced around the outside of the heart (which is one of the templates). I pierced every other hole and then this was my guide for stitching the bakers twine around the heart! Cute, eh? Can't wait to see what creations you come up with using this same technique! Please leave a comment on here if you do so I can check out your blog or card sample on Splitcoast! In the meantime, thanks so much for stopping by today! Enjoy the sunshine.
Take care,
Heather
