Happy Saturday to you! Sorry for the late post, it has been a busy week!!! Thanks to those that have asked about Nathan's transition to school. He's doing better (less tears). He really does love going to school and likes the "learning" part, but just gets a little lonely at lunch. He did come home saying me made a new friend so that's good news!!!! Emma and Mark are doing great, getting involved and having fun! Hope these first few weeks of school have been great for you and your little ones:)
Alrighty, onto today's project...A friend of mine asked me to make some generic birthday cards for him for his business....so cards that can be for anyone! That was a touch challenge for me, as it had to be for any age or gender. I'm happy with what I cam up with for this card (and they'll be cheap to send in the mail as there are no buttons or big knots:)
I used Island Indigo, Real Red and Pool Party. The stamp set is the Patterned Party set with the Pennant Punch. Fun, eh?
Here is a quick dimension list for you:
- card base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
- Crumb Cake layer - 4 x 5 1/4 then stitched
- Ink- Crumb Cake (for the balloons on the card base), Real Red, Island Indigo
- other - Pennant Punch, 1/2 inch circle punch, dimensionals, linen thread
I appreciate your stopping by today and I hope you have a fantastic weekend! Ours is busy, but will be fun!
Take care,
Heather

let's join our hands together to stop this kind of wrong doings. It may risk lives in the future if we just let them continue.

I like the writing structure of your blog and it does a pretty decent job of presenting the material.
