Magnificent Butterflies

Happy Monday to you!  How was your weekend?  I can't believe how quickly it slipped by!  It was a productive weekend, and we had some fun too...but the kids were pretty tired after their first week of school.

Today's card just makes me PURE happy!  I LOVE these colours (and Sonia...you will too:)  It is such a clean and simple card and really you could make a million of these in no time(might cost you a bit to make a million though:)

I stitched the edges of the Whisper White card stock and the butterflies to add some pop, threw on a greeting and voila!  Easy peasy:)

Here is the "recipe" for this baby:

• Whisper White Card Stock 100730 - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4, 4 x 5 1/4
• In Colour 2011-2012 DSP 122384 - for the butterflies
• Beautiful Butterflies Big Shot Die 114507
• Island Indigo Ribbon 122974 - 6 inches
• Wisteria Wonder Ribbon 122973 - 6 inches
• Pool Party Ribbon 122975 - 6 inches
• Perfect Words 122470 (hostess set)

To make this card I simply attached the ribbon to the top layer, stitched around the outside, sewed on the butterflies, stamped the greetings and dimensionaled the layer to the card front!  And voila!
