This set was a must have when the new catalogue came out. I'm sure it's because Nathan and Cole will "love" the set and the cards I make with it. (or at least we can pretend!) I imagine as Nathan begins school this fall, he'll make some friends and get invited to a birthday party or two. So I'll be ready!
This card is actually a slider card and the dump truck travels along the front of the card....fun, eh?
Here is a QUICK recipe for this card:
- More Mustard - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
- Baja Breeze - 5 1/4 x 4
- Soft Suede - about 5 1/4 x 1 1/4 (two of these) torn then sponged to look like dirt hills
- Whisper White - scallop oval (run through the Big Shot Texture Plate), 1/2 x 3 1/4 for the banner, scraps for the trucks
- Embellishments - neutral brads, dimensionals, pennies (for the slider)
- Inks - Riding Hood Red, More Mustard, Chocolate Chip
