Good morning to you!!! We are off to Niagara today for a fun cheer competition for Emma! Can't wait! It's a girls' weekend with my niece, sister-in-law, Emma and I. Should be lots of fun! So, if you email and I'm slow to respond this is why:)
This card is a pretty simple and clean card that I saw in a Paper Crafters Magazine. It wasn't this exact card, but I "Stampin' Upped" the card and voila!
It uses the Cheers to You Stamp set, we then coloured in the glasses with So Saffron. Then we applied Crystal Effects on the glasses, sprinkled a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds (or lots for some of us)! The bubbles are our Basic Rhinestones. The DSP is from I think Play Date (So Saffron in colour) and the bow is black satin. Fun hey?
