I am super excited about the projects I have been working on for two of my upcoming classes:
Mystery Night - Tuesday April 5th
Theme: Manly Moveable Cards (there are some super fun ones....well, in my opinion:)
Cost: $30 order
and my other class is all about masking and then by defaulting colouring! Today's card is one we will be making at this class.
Wednesday April 13th
Projects: three in depth cards with masking and colouring
Cost: email me for details as there are three options:)
Sorry today's post is so quick....tons to do today:) Just remember today is the LAST day for Sale-a-bration....last day to get free stamps.....last day to sign up to be a demonstrator with the bonus pack....last day for my MDS sale!!!! Look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks for all the super kind words yesterday on the MDS! I had so much fun with that! I have big ideas in this department that I'll continue to share:)
In the meantime here's another sweet treat cup we did at my class a few weeks back. This one may be my favourite:) I love him! The stinger on the bottom is the "trap door for the treats! FUN EH? I used the oval Big Shot die for the body, the Hearts and Brackets die for the wings, the 2 1/2 inch circle for the head, the ornament punch for the stinger and the Heart to Heart punch for the heart embellishments.
I think what makes this little guy is the "hand drawn" country feel. He just makes me happy!
I hope you a great day and BEEhave:)
See you soon....can't wait to see so many of you at the retired stamp sale tonight at my house! Door opens at 5!
OK...breath...breath! I am so excited to share with you today something I was playing with on the weekend! I would have posted before now but I can't figure out how to show you "live" how this function works so I simply did a screen capture video.
So, what is all the excitement about? Why is Heather off her rocker (yes, lack of sleep BUT also super excited!) When I purchased MDS I always saw the interactive feature and always thought it looked fun and I'd "get to it later". Well, later has happened and boy am I excited!
I made this page (cute, eh?) of Cole this past weekend and while snapping photos I also took some video. SO, I thought....."Wouldn't it be nice to have the video somehow with the photos?" And then it hit me....I can, I can! So, that's what I did! I made my page, clicked the "add video" button, imported the video and VOILA! That easy! (for those of you that have done this.....bear with me and pretend to be excited....for those that haven't JUST THINK OF THE POSSIBILITIES!)
Here's one scenario:
make and print my usual 12x12 family album through Stampin' Up! (yummy on it's own!)
burn a DVD of the interactive project which means I'll have a CD with all my pages on it AND the videos attached
create a little pocket in the back of my scrapbook and now I have my videos and photos all in one place organized in time and between the scrapbook page and video it's COMPLETE....
are you starting to feel the excitement and possibilities here!?!?!?
(can you imagine this little disk inserted in a Christmas card....a year in review of your family with photos, text and videos!!!! SO STINKIN EXITED....I promise not to bore all of you with this for Christmas...probably just my mom:)
Check out the video down below...it shows you a screen capture of this function in action! Have fun with this and please share your amazing ideas....this is how we all learn!
So one last thing for today. If you're on the fence about My Digital Studio....allow me to push you over!!! If you are Canadian and interested in taking the plunge I have a THREE DAY OFFER. This expires on Thursday at 5 pm. Here's what you'll receive:
My Digital Studio
my Simply MDS class burned onto a DVD that includes 20+ how to videos on the nuts and bolts of the program
not one BUT TWO Sale-a-bration stamp sets of your choice PLUS (yes, I said PLUS!) the My Digital Studio Sale-a-bration disk (so that's a total of THREE Sale-a-bration items for you!!!!)
And, want to know the best part....no shipping or taxes! So all of this can be yours for only $106.95!!!! You'll love the investment and have so much fun!!!!
If you are interested, please email me at adamsum@yahoo.com
I LOVE this stamp set! Why haven't you seen this on my blog...cause I have forgotten about it! I saw it on a few blogs and then in our Stampin' Up! magazine. SO...I dusted it off, pulled it out and voila!
I love to rock n' roll when I stamp with bold images. So, that's what is done here! I hope you like it!
The colours on this card are Peach Parfait, Cherry Cobbler and Not Quite Navy. Different, and fun, don't you think!
Well, sorry to be a quick post but I'm off to skating with Mark's class today (yes, the same Mark that had a field trip on Friday to the theatre....I love that he still wants me to go on field trips with him!)
See you possibly later today if I get a few minutes!
Wow, thanks so much for the super sweet comments yesterday on the frog. We did have fun making him. I'm not promising a video in the near future, but I have it on my to do list (which has been piling up a bit lately:) Since there was such a great response I'll share all the treat cups with you over the course of the week (I'll share my favourite two last....evil, I know!!!)
This one is pretty straight forward to put together and make. I used the clear Big Shot flower die in Rich Razzleberry. We used the Sale-a-bration set Solid Stripes on each of teh petals (well, it's a catalogue set but you can get it free!!!)
The leaf is the "trap door" for the candy on this creation (so when you pull out the leaf, the Skittles fall out). The leaf is from the Island Oasis or Tropical Oasis Big Shot Die (I know, I'm making up names again today!
These would look super sweet in a variety of colours on dowels put into a little flower basket...don't you think? Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I had so much fun at this class a few weeks back and can't believe I haven't shared the creations yet! I think this is maybe my favourite class so far of 2011! The company was wonderful, I loved the creations and it was just a great night! Can't wait to do it again! All of our projects had a "slider" door. This one is the frogs head....pull the head off (that sounds a little morbid!) and you can get the candy:)
Here's a list of the components:
Feet - Oval Circle Punch
Legs - Wide Oval
Body - 2 1/2 inch circle with the 1 3/4 inch circle punched out
Head - Oval die for the Big Shot
Eyes - 1 inch, 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch circles
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful and relaxing weekend planned! Ours is a little busy, but that's okay....it'll be fun!!! Take care and I'll see you again tomorrow!
It's Friday! I'm so excited! We got through the week, lunches weren't so bad and the sun has shined a little! WHOOO HOO!!!
I can't get enough of this colour combination! I just love it! Baja Breeze, Concord Crush and Pear Pizazz. I also wanted to show you the Sweet Summer Sale-a-bration stamp set...isn't if WONDERFUL! You can only get it for one more week! In April, it's GONE! A great time to snag this set is next week at my retiring stamp sale. Here are the details:
Wednesday March 30
5 to 9 pm drop in when it works for you!
get all the retired stamping supplies for FREE and place an order from the current catalogues for the same amount of money (ex. $50 in retired product means a $50 order of NEW stuff....so the retired stuff is FREE!)
AND to top it off, you can take all the Sale-a-bration benefits as well (so if you spend $60, you get $60 in retiring product FREE AND a SAB set FREE....crazy I know!!!!)
I hope you like today's card. I've really appreciated all the super kind words this week, thank you! Have a great day...I will, it's a field trip day!
It's Thurdsay! Wow! What a busy but fun week we've had around here already! You guys know by now how much I love my punches, well a stamp set that matches punches is right up there for me! I love this Sale-a-bration set! It's called Punch Bunch and I just love the details on the owls that can be done with one stamp and one quick punch. Don't get me wrong, I love the owl punch and making the little chubsters BUT sometimes you want a simpler owl and VOILA here we go:)
I'm loving the In Colours right now (as I'm sure you've noticed!) This card uses Poppy Parade, Blushing Bride and Certainly Celery....isn't it fun (and springy!!!)
Here is a quick list of supplies for this card:
Blushing Bride CS - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4, 12 7/8 x 5 1/8, Itty Bitty Punch Pack
Pear Pizazz CS - Two Step Bird Punch, Scallop Square Punch, 3 inch circle (Big Shot Die)
A while back (I think in January) my family and I went to Winter Wheat. If you're in the London area this is a super fun store that has all sorts of handmade crafted projects (as well as some manufactured crafty projects). Most of my home decor is from here or inspired by here...they just do the neatest things with ordinary objects. One thing they have used a ton are tea cups. I've seen them used as lamps, clocks and even planters. So last visit I thought I could recreate a card using a tea cup and a planter. Well, Sweet Summer is the PERFECT set for this!
I used my new favourite colour combination on this card: Pear Pizazz, Baja Breeze and Concord Crush....isn't it delightful? The cups is from the stamp set tiny teacup (it's an a la carte stamp and is only $8.95 OR can be a FREE Sale-a-bration item!) The stems are from the stamp set Sweet Summer (that is an exclusive SAB set that you can get for FREE with a $60 order until the end of March). The "hello" is actually from Pendant Park because I was too lazy to clean the word hello off the bottom of my teacup stamp after I stamped it in Concord Crush (please tell me I'm not the only lazy stamper out there!)
The flowers are from the Boho Blossom punch and then I used three little white buttons from the neutral package of buttons. The other embellishments are Pear Pizzazz Seam Binding and our Basic Pearls (love these self adhesive sticky little sweets:)
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you have a wonderful day!
WARNING: OBJECTS MAY APPEAR LARGER ON SCREEN THAN IN REAL LIFE:) (The finished size of this little cutie is about 3 x 3 1/2)
I saw this while mindlessly blog hopping the other day! I hadn't blog hopped for some time so this was super fun for me! I saw this idea on a few blogs and LOVED the concept! So cute! As many of you know I"m a little obsessed with the Petal Cone Die and have had a ton of fun with it so I just HAD to make this little guy. It's the PERFECT size for a gift bag or just a mini little birthday card.
Super simple instructions:
Run the Petal Cone Die through the Big Shot (I used Peach Parfait...YUMMY!)
Cut off the tab on the side
Fold the card in half
Cut off the bottom of the cone so you have about 1 3/4 from the score line to the bottom of your card
Cut a piece of DSP 2 x 4 and then punch the decorative trim along the top and then run it through your crimper
Attach this to the card front (your DSP will overhang on both ends)
Flip the card over and trim the DSP off
I then used the 3 inch circle (Big Shot Die) and cut the top of my cupcake. I trimmed the bottom of the circle off and rounded the corners.
Run this through the Big Shot with the Polka Dot embossing folder
Attach to the card front and attach the 3/4 inch circle for the cherry on top:)
I hope you have a wonderful day! I appreciate your stopping by! Can't wait to go check out what's new this week for MDS downloads:) See you soon!
Happy Monday to you! I hope you had a wonderful March break...some family time maybe, down time or just plain old fun! Ours was great and I've started on my My Digital Studio scrapbook pages that I'll be sharing in the near future:)
In the meantime, my nephew Matthew's birthday is the same day as Nathan. So we had a joint party (although according to Nathan it was all about him....well, maybe it was:) This is the card we made for Kayleigh.
I LOVE this Sale-a-bration stamp set....Sweet Summer. I love the stems and the flower options that come with it. But more importantly, I LOVE how I can use my buttons on the stems! Aren't these flowers sweet? I love it!
I did a couple of other "tricks" on the card as well. I wanted to sew on the card and adjusted the tension on the card.....I like the way this looked:) I did the straight stitch around the outside of the card and then the zig zag on the inside of the card.
The other little "trick" is the punched greeting on the card front. I saw this on Mary Fish's blog and just loved it! I used the Decorative Label punch and punched out the full punch first. The I fed it back in the punch and made this little label. I just love how the brads fit so perfectly on the little nubbies and the points top and bottom.
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you have a WONDERFUL week! See you again tomorrow!
It's a little late! Well, we celebrated Karen's birthday on her day at a cheer competition and we got her treats BUT we didn't giver her her card until yesterday:)
This card is super "simple" but really not. It is clean in terms of items, but there are a few fun elements on this. The banner is sewed onto the card and uses the Concord Crush DSP from the Level One hostess set (LOVE this paper!). I left the thread ends to dangle of the edge of the card.
The cupcake is coloured in Concord Crush on watercolour paper and cut out. Then I cut out a top layer and COVERED it with the Cosmo fine glitter....isn't it fun!!! If you haven't guessed, Karen's favourite colour is purple!
Hope you like this clean and "simple" card:) Have a wonderful Sunday....it's laundry, tidying, homework and catch up day:)
Can you believe it....Nathan is FOUR today! I can't believe it! I started my blog the January before I had Nathan so his life has been journaled through my blog over these past four years. So for those of you that have been on board for some or all of that time, you've seen my little monkey grow. We are so lucky to have him in our life and for the wonderful boy that he is! He adds a spark to our family and are so glad he is who he is!
This page is done with the amazing Sale-a-bration MDS disk! This is THE BEST deal from the Sale-a-bration brochure! It has EVERYTHING on the disk that you can get for "real"! It's great! I used the NOTES section of the MDS....it's the "blackboard" and the swirl. The rest I did using text boxes.
I hope you like today's page (sorry it's so late...the "party" went a little later than expected....Nathan was far too excited to sleep!!!) Remember that you only have 12 more days of Sale-a-bration to either join the Stampin' Up! family or get your free product! Please contact me if you need any assistance!
Well, we've had an amazing and fun week as a family (well almost a family....Cole stayed with my mom and they had a BLAST!) But we just returned from a fun filled week in Chicago! I will post later today some photos as well as a stamped project so please check back! Thanks so much for the kind words and comments this week!
Friday already!!!! Where has our week gone! I hope you've had some fun times with your family this week creating some fun happy memories!
This is one of the cards we will be making at the Breast Cancer Fundraiser on April 9th! If you are in the Strathroy/London area and you're looking for a fun night of stamping, please come join us!!! Email me at adamsum@yahoo.com for all the details!
I know this card uses a retired flower BUT they are still available on the Clearance website and for cheap! I just love these flowers!!!!
This card is a complete CASE but I have to apologize BIG TIME that I don't remember where from!!! I'm so sorry! If you know where I saw this, please let me know so I can link and give you credit! I just loved the card, the clean crisp look and would love to share your creation! Thanks so much!
Happy St. Patrick's Day! I know, I know...not a single card or creation for St. Patrick's day. I'll be honest, beyond dying the kids' milk green in the morning and making green buns, we don't do a whole lot for St. Patrick's day.
This is my nephew, Matthew and Nathan. It's a photo from the cottage and I just love how they didn't realize I was snapping photos of them. I wanted the big photo to look aged, so I used a Vintage overlay on top of the photo as well as the background paper. I think this makes the photos on top pop a bit more.
If you're an MDS user, or you're inspired by digital creations, head on over to the MDS site (CLICK HERE). And to top it off I'm super excited to share that I am a guest blogger on the site today showing a video on how I made one of my MDS contest creations. Thanks for stopping by today!
Half way through the week already???? Time flies when you're having fun:) This was a fun project with the petal cone die, and maybe this shape would have been better for the carrot. But, hey, it works great for this project!
To make a three sided Petal Cone die, you simply cut one of the die cuts in half. You use the side that has the tab on it. Attach the two dies together with the tabs, trim the bottom flaps and voila ... a three sided Petal Cone die!
To wrap this with the ribbon, I knotted together three strands of the YUMMY Daffodil Delight striped ribbon and punched a hole in the bottom of the box. Then these ends were pulled up the sides of the boxes and held together with a knotted piece of linen thread.
Then I just die cut a bunch of flowers from the Fun Flowers Die (in the current mini catalogue) with the super fun Sweet Stitches Fabric. Then I crop-o-diled (yes, that's a verb) a hole in the middle and used the brad to secure the flower together and also hold it on the ribbon!
Hope you like it! If you try a three sided Petal Cone, I'd love to see your creation....please add a comment on the bottom of this post and I'll check out your blog!!! Thanks so much!
Happy Tuesday! I have a few pages from My Digital Studio to share with you today! For those of you that follow my blog, I set a goal to "back track" on my scrapbooking and to scrapbook 2009 so that's where these pages are from:) I've been pretty good about getting some of these pages done!
This is Father's Day. I love the tie that Emma made for Adam at school. It is so sweet! The best part is not only do we have the "original" but if anything ever happens to it, we always have photos! This page is VERY simple really showcases the photos.
This second page has a few more details on it. Mark made Adam a checker board for Fathers Day. He used the All in the Family stamp set on the checkers (the red were Mark and the Black were Adam). It was very cute. He also made him a matching card as you can see on the MDS page. I love that I have the matching DSP in MDS as I did in "real" life on the projects that Mark made!
I hope you're having a great day and I'll see you back again tomorrow!
Happy March Break to you! I love March Break! I think it's one of my favourite school breaks because we always seem to get a ton of family time in. And it isn't crazy like Christmas with obligations and trying to fit everyone in (which in itself is fun BUT busy!) I'm excited to share our March Break fun with you over the course of the week!
In the meantime here's today's card. This little greeting is perfect....heartfelt thanks. It comes from a set I didn't even notice in the catalogue - Hodgepodge Happiness! Check it out! It's adorable AND it's a free option for Sale-a-bration! I ordered it just because and boy am I glad that I did! I love it! I love all the greetings in the set....a little different than my typical straight across the paper greeting:)
It's tough to see in this photo but the top layer (the decorative label and the stamped images) are all spritzed with the shimmer paint. Love how it just adds that little sparkle and shine:) This card uses the stamp set Natures Walk and the matching DSP....just love it and better get using it more as it's only available until the end of April!!!
Well, I hope your week is off to a great start!!! Catch up with you again tomorrow!
Love this stamp set! I fell in love with a card that was demonstrated last year at Convention and keep thinking about it! Finally, I made my own version:)
This is a mish mash of products on this card....I have Play Date DSP and embellishments, the recycling stamp set, Pendant Park stamp set, Aviary stamp set. Then the glitter paper punched from the owl punch and the little bit of Old Olive grosgrain ribbon. It really is a hodgepodge!
Inside the card are a few sticky notes and the greeting, "made by me, recycled by you." Fun, don't you think?
I had so much fun at our Petal Cone Die class a few weeks back. This is one of the projects that we made. This is our little Easter treat box....love it!
I used the Petal Cone die for the base of the box. It uses two of the die cuts in Pumpkin Pie. We then wheeled the dies using the builder wheels and Pumpkin Pie ink. After we assembled the box we closed the top.
The "top" of the carrot is made with the scallop punch and the two step bird punch. To create the scallop I cut from the outside to the middle point. Then I overlapped the scallop by two scallops and attached it with sticky strip. This made the scallop 3 dimensional.
The leaves poking out the top are attached in the middle of the scallop. The greeting is an old one (retired....sorry - I don't get rid of my words!) I just stamped it in Pumpkin Pie, punched it and then attached the ribbon with the glimmer brads.
Easy....peasy!!!! have fun making a million of these for your Easter table favours:)
What has my life come to? Can you believe it? NO internet for about 24 hours! You'd think I was left on a deserted island with no food or water!!! Man I was suffering......it's quite pathetic actually. I was disappointed I couldn't check my emails (will get caught up today), I couldn't get my post done for my "usual" time today and what happened in the world? WOW, I sure missed a lot of world news, but I will admit I'm okay with my little bubble and enjoyed the 24 hours:)
Well...onto today's post:) It's a mini easel card with a trap door for treats! How sweet is that? We did this last month at club! I have 3 spots left for my upcoming club if you're interested. Email me for details:)
I hope you like today's quick post and project:) I'll try and be back with instructions...but first I have 4 kids home today AND a fun ton emails to get back to:) In the meantime, have a WONDERFUL SNOWY AND ICY AND COLD day:)
Happy Thursday to you! Friends of mine, Monica and Jill do an annual fundraiser for Breast Cancer. This year they asked if I'd work together with them and create a stamping event! I am super excited about this opportunity and hope you can join the fun!!! If you're a Canadian and interested in participating, I can send precut kits for you! I'll give you a sneak peak of one of the cards (and you can see snippets of a few others in the flyer:)
This event we're running a little different. You can purchase extra kits if you like! The cost of the event is $40 which includes the stamp set Bold Blossom, Basic Rhinestones and a sheet of Dimensionals. You also will create 5 cards OR one mini album. These cards are perfect for birthdays, mother's day, or anything spring! If you'd like to purchase extra kits, they are only $15 for all the cut supplies!!!
I hope you can make this fun event! Please email me at adamsum@yahoo.com if you're interested! Thanks for stopping by today!
Who'd a thunk? I saw these in the current mini catalogue and really was unsure. What are they? What do you do with them? What do they look like? What's the point? Too many questions, so I didn't bother ordering them! Then of course at Leadership they were EVERYWHERE and on beautiful projects...note to self, buy bevelled windows. And now LOVE THEM! I know, I should know better and just order them sooner:) There are so many enablers out there!
So this is a necklace charm that we made at our Mystery Night last week. It's a fun project and an inexpensive one too! Just cut your paper to the size of the window, decorate it as you see fit and then it's attached to the bevelled window with glue dots (hiding behind the ribbon...tricky!) The ribbon then goes behind the stamped layer and attached with sticky strip so it's in place and a piece of DSP is on the back to cover up the ribbon:)
I did this necklace in MDS as I don't own this alphabet stamp set! I printed off everyone's initials for the class and we stamped on them, spritzed them with some beautiful glimmer spray and voila! I hope you like this!
I love this die! I of course had to buy the die right when it came out in the current mini catalogue....but guess what!?! I'm thrilled I've ordered it and have done a TON with it! You'll be seeing lots of projects with this over the next little while...hope you're okay with that!
This first project is actually done with only one cutting of the Petal Cone Die. This one is cut out of Tangerine Tango. It is a little pocket card for you:) Fun, eh?
The cone is closed with Sticky Strip. The scalloped circle is behind the front flap. The DSP is punched with the new large circle punch. Then of course you have a Sweet Stitches button, a little tag shoved in the pocket and then some ribbon wrapped on a "spool". The spool is just the tab punch cut flat on the top and bottom. Wouldn't this be a fun little embellishment sampler?
I hope you like today's creation! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Happy Monday to you! Ours was CRAZY busy....I can't believe it's Monday! Seriously, yesterday was Friday, right? We had a big cheer weekend. Emma had a competition in Kitchener this weekend which was a lot of fun! We spent the ENTIRE day and night on Saturday. It was great watching all the performances (including both of my nieces). They all nailed their routines which was GREAT! I loved watching the level 6 routines....CRAZY!!! The tumbling was nuts and the stunts were RIDICULOUS (I mean that in the nicest of ways).
Today's card is an easel card done with scalloped circles. Isn't if fun! It is SUPER easy to do....cut a 2x3 piece of card stock and score it at 1 and 2 inches. This is the functioning part of the card. Glue the 1x2 top rectangle to the bottom scallop circle and the 1x2 bottom rectangle to the top scallop circle. And then simply decorate the card as you see fit! Remember, you need to have a little "latch" or spot to have your card rest when "opened".
I hope you like today's card! Thanks so much for stopping by! I know this sounds horrible, but sorry I didn't post today...crazy that it's the first day I've missed in a LONG time, and I'm okay with it (I've come so far:)
Good morning! I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead of you! Wish us luck as Emma and I head to Kitchener for her two day cheer event. Should be lots of fun!
Today's card is just one of my favourite colour combinations. I LOVE Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise and Rich Razzleberry together.
This uses the adorable stamp set Sweet Summer from the Sale-a-bration stamp sets. I was lazy with this card, and am thrilled with the results. I stamped the flower tops and right away took my blender and coloured over the flower top. This caused the flowers to "bleed" a little bit and just soften the edges. Quick and easy!
I hope you have a GREAT day! I'll check back in with you soon:)
Yippeeeee it's Friday! We've got a busy weekend ahead (cheer competition both days!) BUT at least we can sleep in tomorrow. I'm a happy mom!
Today's card is from a few weeks ago at my mom's birthday! It's hard (no that's not true...) I make it hard, to WOW my mom with a card. You've seen her creations, they are AMAZING! So I decided I"d make her a card in MDS, print it off and make it a hybrid! Now, I'm not sure this is an amazing card by any stretch, but because my mom is still learning the ropes of MDS, she was wowed.
This card uses the Leadership DSP....I LOVE IT (so much more than Leadership). Like I've said before the +ONE is perfect for birthdays!
This also uses the pennant stamp set (or Celebrations) to make the banner on the top corner. It's tough to see here, but the decorative label is popped up and then I added a few glimmer brads.
I hope you like the card (sorry, not the best photo:)
Thursday....seriously....where did Tuesday and Wednesday go? How crazy is that! Let me start by thanking all the ladies that attended my Mystery Night last night! It was a GREAT evening and I hope you had as much fun as I did! I should put the warning out that there will be games if you get a little out of control again....it's not a threat:) Seriously though, it was a great lifting of my spirits and I had a great time! Thank you!
Today's page uses none other than my current favourite DSP....2011 Noteable Desktop Calendar. I know! It truly is so versatile though....this background paper has hints of Razzleberry so I ran with it!
Look at how little my handsome little Nathan is there! Emma and Mark are still so sweet and little there (yes, they are still sweet....most of the time:)
I used the "colouring" in flowers by changing up my shadow technique. There is a great video on the mydigitalstudio.net site on this if you're interested!
Well, I hope you have a wonderful day! I may be back this afternoon if I get my act together and take some pictures! I have a ton of things to share...just have to take pictures of them:) Thank you for stopping by!
I couldn't think of a better name for this one:) It's not an easel card, but it's not that funky fold card that was hot on the net around Christmas. Anyhow, it's one I was playing with by accident and love it (NOT saying it's original as I'm sure someone somewhere a whole lot smarter than me came up with this...but it works for me:)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Springtime Vintage DSP. I have to eat my words. When I first saw it in the mini, let's just say I was less than thrilled with it. NOW I AM LOVING IT!!!! The pictures truly don't do it justice and the colours are YUMMY!!!!
I have a video for this card (just don't have it posted to You Tube yet). I'll do my best to get it up this afternoon for you, but in the meantime, here's the card! Hope you like it!!!
Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping in!
Good morning to you! I hope you've had a great start to your week! We had a fun day yesterday with an awards assembly at school in the morning, hanging out with my boys and then last night I had a great workshop! Thanks ladies!
I had fun making this page of my little munchkin. These photos are from a year and a half ago....how he has grown. I was in a writing mood so I wanted to create a page with a fair amount of journaling.
The title on this page was just colour matched to the water. I'm really happy with the simplicity of this page.....I'd love to see you CASE it and link here! It's a fun way to share!
Have a great day...I may be back this afternoon....it'll depend, I've got an extra boy today so I may be exhausted:)
