Happy Saturday to you! It's been a fun day so far. I apologize for the late post. We've had a busy weekend and we're not done yet:) Today was Emma's cheer competition and I'm so proud! The girls did a great job! (I posted the video should anyone want to see it...totally not stamping related:)
Today's project was made for Emma, Monica and Angela. When we got home from the cheer competition, they wanted to craft. So, this is what we came up with. It's very similar to the punched bunny I made last year, but this time I made it with the Big Shot. So, it's my Big Shot bunny:)
Here is the recipe for this creation:
- Whisper White - Large Scallop Big Shot, Large Clear Circle Big Shot, Ovals #2 Big Shot, 1 3/4 inch hand punch (2)
- Sponge and Pretty in Pink Ink
- Dimensionals
- Basic Black - 3/4 inch circle (2)
- Pretty in Pink - Heart Punch
- Basic Gray Marker
- White Gel Pen
- Sweet Pea DSP - Ovals #2 Big Shot
I've also got a quick video on it if you like:
And, last but not least here's the girl's cheer competition video:
Have a wonderful day and I'll be back tomorrow:)
Take care,
Heather

Well that was awesome Emma. I don't know a lot about cheer compition (it sure has changes from when I was a cheer leader in grade eight LOL) but I think it looked great...a lot of fun and exhaustinging. I hope you did well and the experience is good to build confidence and learn from other groups too, maybe even make some more friends. I say "Good Job!"
Oh yes, Heather the Big Shot Bunny is pretty cute too.

He's a bunny cutie! Congratulations on the cheer competition! Our family lived in the cheer world, too, and we had some fun times with good memories! I can see why you are proud of your daughter.

What a super cute Bunny. I didn't see the one you did from last year, so this was totally new to me. If I can buy the Dies before Easter, I am definitely making him. What a smile he will put on a child's face at Easter.
The Girls Team was awesome. I wish I had known which one was your Daughter. They all looked terrific. What intricate moves for such young girls to be doing, and the program was really long. I expected only a quick little bite. They are really talented and coached very well. I thought only High School Kids and College Girls were that good and could do those tricks. Your Daughter must have started at a very young age, because I know she is not very old now. Great job Girls!!! I loved the video so much that I watched it 3 times, shhh, don't tell anyone, they will think that I am nuts. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful Sunday.
