I hope you are enjoying a fabulous weekend! My kids are REALLY into biking right now so we went on a great ride this morning to the forks of the Thames, played for a while and then home! I'm amazed at how well they can do on an hour ride.
As promised, I've got a tutorial on the little envelope I did the other day. It does fit a gift card, and the dimensions are EASY to change should you want it for something else. You can get two envelopes from one card. Hope you like it!
Step 1: Cut your paper to measure 8 x 5 1/2. Score at 3 1/4 and 6 3/4 and then at 1 inch on both sides of the long direction. Cut off the four corner tabs. The only tabs needed are in the middle.
Step 2: Using your corner rounder, punch all of the corners.
Step 3: Apply adhesive to the top of the flaps. Make sure you don't go all the way up as your front panel doesn't quite reach the top.
Step 4: Using the Horizontal punch, punch a hole in the flap. I had to punch one and a half out to fit the wider ribbon.
Step 5: Embellish the front panel of the envelope.
Step 6: Feed the ribbon through the bottom of the flap and then tie a bow on top of the flap. Voila, you're done! How quick and easy is that????
Have fun creating! Happy Sunday!

Heather-
Cant wait to take the next punch class. I love the time that you put into these classes and look forward to the daily projects after a long day at work.
