I am so excited to let you all know what a successful evening we had on Friday night for our local area Food Bank! I have my "lovely ladies" (customers and downline) to thank for being so generous, not only in giving up your time, but for bringing donations, purchasing raffle items and just being plain old fantastic!!!
With about 30 people in attendance we were able to raise just over $300 in cash and 248 pounds of non-perishable food items! That is amazing! Yesterday, Mark and I went and dropped off the donations to the food bank and they were so appreciative and touched. So thank you!!!! THIS is exactly why I have the best job in the whole wide world!!!! Thank you for being a part of this!
I also thought I'd post on my blog today that I have 5 extra kits if anyone is interested in purchasing a kit (with instructions) to make these 10 cards and a box using rub ons. I can ship it anywhere in Canada. Have a wonderful day! I'll be back later with a post!
