Well I confirmed something this morning, I am NOT a morning person! I had to get up far too early so therefore had to take a nap today with Nathan (and boy was that FUN!!!) I should really do that more often!!!
I thought for today's post I'd show you a few things I demonstrated on TV this morning. I had so much fun. The theme of the show was quick and easy Christmas cards. So I had three things prepared (for my four minutes!) The first was cards with photos, the second was stamping (using none other than Mr. Twigster) and the last was putting the pieces together. We didn't get to this one, but I made a bunch of cards using the Country Living Bundle. I wanted to show a bit of DSP, chipboard and an embellishment can whip up a fun and festive card.
The photo card section was all done using teh I Wish Simply Scrappin' Kit. I really will miss this one! I'm certain it will retire so if you want to scrap your holidays I'd order this soon!
The Mr. Twigster part used the Frosty DSP, Mr. Twigster and rub ons. All the colours were drawn from the DSP. I have to say I had a ton of fun with the rub ons! I can't wait for the tag class on Monday night where we will be using a ton of these! (I had one cancellation so if you're interested in this class please email me!)
Last but not least, my wonderful brother-in-law, taped the show for me so now it's on You Tube and I can share it with you! Thanks Dave!
Hope you had a great day! I may be back later today with the Fifth Day of Christmas! Isn't this the best time of year....stamping like crazy!!!
Take care.

You were fabulous and seemed so at ease! Congrats on your television debut!

You did a good job! What I liked is that he asked you to repeat "Mr. Twigster's" name :) He couldn't believe he had a name :)
Greetings,
Ilse

Heather, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed watching that clip, I caught myself sitting here at the computer smiling, like a proud family memeber that you were doing that. So, my sister in stamping! Many kudos, and you did a wonderful Job!

Heather you are such a natural on TV, wow how great was that! Thanks for sharing, I get to see you on TV when I live in New Zealand!
My 4 year old just LOVES watching your video tutorials with me - it's a favourite Mother & Daughter activity these days. She particularly loves the one where Emma is with you and showing how to make the turkey - because her name is Emma too, so they match!

Thanks for sharing Heather; I tried to get the channel but was unable to. You are famous, how does it feel? You did really well, you were relaxed enough to even add a little humour- congratulations
